With New Projects, It's Looking Like a Downtown Turnaround

It has been a good—some say historic—week for downtown St. Louis. Clayton-based Centene Corp. said Sunday it will move its headquarters to Ballpark Village. Two days later, St. Louis-based Pyramid Cos. announced it would develop a six-block retail district called Mercantile Exchange.
